Sand Creek Animal Clinic’s first day of operation was May 16, 2008. Dr. Schultz and his wife Patricia started the practice in the shop and barn behind their house. The laboratory instruments and computer covered the kitchen counters. In those days, ebay was our friend as it is a good source to purchase used laboratory equipment. Also, we were very blessed to find several clinics that were closing their doors or upgrading their equipment. One of the clinics that closed gifted us the surgery lights we currently use. The way the clinic came together was truly amazing as we know that God was watching out for us and providing equipment and supplies at reduced or no cost.
In April of 2009 we moved to the new facility on Highway 37. When we moved in we thought the place was huge and it would take us a long time to fill it, however, like a house we have managed to fill it up quickly. Already we have plans for expansion and are excited to grow and move forward.
It is our prayer that our actions bring glory and honor to Jesus
Christ because without him we are merely empty vessels.
